Jak to všechno probíhá?

Dohodneme se, který den a v jakou dobu bude výuka probíhat, např. každé pondělí 15.00 - 16.00. Výuka probíhá online a lekce jsou individuální. Pokud pro někoho tato pravidelnost není možná (například pracuje na směny), potom si lekce domluvíme na měsíc dopředu. Dojednáme si, jak budou lekce zaměřeny: gramatika, konverzace, střídání obojího, zkrátka, co je naším společným cílem; příprava k maturitě, komunikace na dovolené, zdokonalení v angličtině, "oživení" angličtiny.

Lekce se platí vždy na měsíc dopředu; pokud klient již nechce nadále ve studiu pokračovat, dohodneme se na ukončení výuky a další měsíc už nezaplatí.

Pokud se klient na lekci nemůže dostavit, např. jede na služební cestu, domluvíme se na náhradním termínu - to je třeba nahlásit předem, nejpozději 25 hodin před danou lekcí.

Pokud klient onemocní a zruší hodinu těsně před začátkem hodiny (25 hodin či méně), domluvíme se na náhradní lekci nebo peníze propadají.

We will agree on what day and at what time the lessons will take place, e.g. every Monday 3.00 - 4.00pm. Lessons take place online and are individual. If this regularity is not possible for someone (for example, they work in shifts), then we will arrange lessons for a month in advance. We agree on how the lessons will be focused: grammar, conversation, alternating both, in short, what is our common goal; Preparation for graduation, communication on holiday, improving English, "reviving" English. 

Lessons are always paid for a month in advance; If the client no longer wants to continue studying, we agree to terminate the lessons and they will not pay for the next month. 

If the client cannot connect to the lesson, e.g. he is going on a business trip, we will arrange an alternative date - this must be reported in advance, no later than 25 hours before the lesson. 

If the client falls ill and cancels a class just before the start of the lesson (25 hours or less), we will arrange a substitute lesson or the money will be forfeited.
